This rich tomato ragu sauce brings the warmth of the Sicilian sun concentrated in the tomato sauce and the intense taste of Sicilian anchovies and local wild fennel. A beautiful umami rich, naturally sweet tomato sauce with finely chopped anchovies for a deep savoury flavour and fennel seed. Try it with pasta, or bake a fillet of cod or hake in it. This is a glorious quality, artisan product.
