Until we have received payment for our goods, they remain ours, even though you may actually have them. We can demand them back, even if that means asking you to regurgitate our fine food!
We charge delivery of a varying amount. Please check our delivery page for for full details.
Some of our products have age restrictions. Alcohol and knives can only be purchased by, and for, individuals aged 18 and over. Liquor chocolates can only be purchased by and for individuals over 16 years of age. By placing an order for any of these products or services you confirm that you (and, if different, the recipient of the product and/or service) satisfy the age requirements necessary to buy that product or service.
There is no minimum order for our website.
We accept credit and debit cards, direct credit transfer into our bank (for very large corporate orders).
If any product arrives in less than acceptable condition, please advise us within 24 hours via email to orders@lunya.co.uk. After this time, claims cannot be accepted. We will replace or refund any product that arrives in less than acceptable condition. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please let us know; we want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.
We will occasionally make mistakes. I am sure you must have done at some point in your life. If we do, we didn’t do it on purpose. Let us know and we will torture the member of staff concerned to help them learn. Keep your cool about it. It’s not the end of the world. If it feels like it is, take a chill pill.
If a product is not in stock, we will substitute it for a similar product in quality, price and type. If you do not get the exact product, do not throw a hissy fit. Chill and be grateful you are getting something. We could be like one of the major supermarkets and send you any old shite going out of date, BUT WE’RE NOT. There are people dying all over the world so if you are losing it over getting chive crackers instead of sea-salt ones, chill your bean.
All photographs are purely for illustration – they are not always the exact product. So again, chill and relax. Life is too short to get stressed over little things like this.
We would not generally offend or upset anyone. If by chance we do, we are terribly sorry; please let us know if we do. We do not use nuts in the making of our own food. However, please always let us know if you have any allergies, and we can do our best to ensure anything we supply is nut free, or meets any other dietary requirements. be aware, that our kitchen uses all allergens, and whilst we operate to the very best practices, we cannot guarantee cross-contamination (this applies to food we make ourselves).
E&OE (errors and omissions excepted) – this means that we may (by inadvertent error describe or price an item incorrectly). We will not be bound by the consequences of these errors. If something seems wrong or too good to be true, please inform us to enable us to check out the accuracy.
