From Covides, one of the most important wine co-operatives in Catalunya, this delightful Cava is bottle fermented using the ‘method traditional’. A blend of 40% Xarello, 40% Macabeo and 20% Parellada. Pale yellow with a fine persistent mousse, creamy and soft on the palate, excellent fruit, freshness and a good finish. Terrific value for money!
