This rich tomato ragu sauce brings the warmth of the Sicilian sun concentrated in the tomato sauce and the intense taste of Sicilian black pigs sausage. A beautiful umami rich, naturally sweet tomato sauce with crumbled black pig sausage and fennel seed. Try it with pasta, or bake a fillet of cod or hake in it.
