This panceta comes straight from Spain, and you can immediately feel it in your mouth with the pimento that takes you right away to the other side of the Pyrenees!
Marinated with a blend of spices based on paprika, this pancetta is made in the traditional way by the Arbizu company in Navarra. The first step is to add salt and leave it for two or three days so that it acquires a slight taste of salt.
Once this is done, the excess of salt and is eliminated and the paprika spices are added. Once all the ingredients are added, it´s left to dry and then it´s packed.
