Salchichón is similar in style to the best quality Italian Salami, although less fatty.
This Salchichón has been produced using Iberico pigs, raised in the Dehesa by Castro y Gonzalez of Guijuelo. They are 100% pure bread Iberico pigs, feeding on the naturally fallen acorns, mushroom and woodland grasses. The result is a delightfully sweet and soft salchichón – simply regal
