This Pyrenean Pate Loaf is a variant of the well-known French campaign pates, especially linked to the Cerdanya and from where it spread to other regions of the Pyrenees.
Although the old generations took the original recipe when they emigrated to areas of the Pre-Pyrenees, Carlit wanted to recover their roots and bring the Pate Loaf to the Cerdanya again maintaining the traditional and original ways and formulas of our grandparents.
This beautiful artisan pate form Catalunya is a course chunky pate, perfect for slicing and packed full of meat and flavour.
