Fideuà is one of Catalunya’s great seafood dishes, made using short, thin pasta noodles in place of the rice used in paella. This pack gives you everything you need to recreate it at home – the noodles are simply fried briefly in oil before being simmered in a rich, flavourful seafood or fish stock, allowing them to absorb all the deep, savoury character of the broth.
