The secret is in the juice!  The MSC certification is an international seal that is awarded only to wild-caught fish or shellfish from fisheries that have been certified based on the sustainable fishing standard. The only octopus with the MSC seal in the world is the one caught in Asturias between the ports of Tapia de Casariego and Puerto de Vega. In addition to being sustainably caught, they prepare our octopus in an original way: during cooking, the octopus never touches the water!!  By cooking it at a low temperature and bottling it in its own juice, it obtains an intense and genuine flavour that has won over the judges of the prestigious international competition, who have considered it exceptional and recognised its extraordinary taste and quality worldwide.
