A newer addition to the Fiasconaro panettone range, made with fresh Sicilian candied lemon and orange, mandarin puree and saffron. As with the rest of the range, the ingredients are of the finest quality and sourced locally, and the cake itself is extraordinarily light, fragrant and moist, taking nearly four days to make.
It is made by the Fiasconaro brothers in Sicily, a family-owned artisan bakery now run by the third generation, who still follow the traditions of their father and grandfather.
