Azul Ahumado Smoked Blue Cheese – per 200g

This gently smoked, creamy blue cheese from Asturias is out of this world.  It has a really pleasant long-lasting flavour, it is unbelievably creamy with a glorious light smoky background to it’s gentle blue cheese flavour. It’s made using artisan methods traditional to the Picos de Europa in Asturias – the mountainous region where this cheese is from. Excellent with fresh bread, crackers, steaks, sauces, dips, pasta and fruit.
