Marlonas are a Catalan take on the chocolate almond. Each one starts with a Mediterranean almond, caramelised, then coated in a layer of praline and finished with chocolate in one of several classic bonbon flavours – think praline, caramel and coffee. This 240g box is a mix of flavours, crunchy at the centre and smooth outside.
Marlonas were created by Mi&Cu, the gourmet chocolate business started by siblings Núria and Josep Miret at Olèrdola, near Barcelona, drawing on their family’s long history in chocolate. In 2024 Mi&Cu merged with another chocolate maker to form Sherpa Iberica, which now makes the Marlonas alongside a newer range of fruit chocolates.
