A relative newcomer to the Spanish Conservas industry. Founded by Cristobal Fernandex in Galicia. They have a deep passion for their profession, for the people of the sea, for the estuaries, environment and their tradition. That is why they do things just as they have been taught by generation after generation.
They continue to make their conservas only with fish from the Galician estuaries and make their sauces following traditional recipes, only with natural ingredients and without additives.

Indulge in a real hidden seafood gem. La Curiosa Razor Clams are exquisitely tender and soft, with a nice meaty texture that takes you directly to the coast. The catch of razor shell clams is by diving, and when sea conditions are favourable, making them really exclusive. These are covered in brine sauce, including a little lemon juice, salt and bay leaf.
