A relative newcomer to the Spanish Conservas industry. Founded by Cristobal Fernandex in Galicia. They have a deep passion for their profession, for the people of the sea, for the estuaries, environment and their tradition. That is why they do things just as they have been taught by generation after generation.
They continue to make their conservas only with fish from the Galician estuaries and make their sauces following traditional recipes, only with natural ingredients and without additives.
Maintaining processes that have long been forgotten, such as roasting some fish. They have a delightful range of preserved fish and vegetables
Soft pâté made from mackerel fillets that have been previously grilled. In La Curiosa they make a sauce like your grandmother would make, a garlic sauce, sauté some garlic, tomato and a splash of vinegar to give it life. Nothing more! This is blended with a touch of pimento picante for a delightful spreadable pate. Perfect on toast, with breadsticks or as the base for a wonderful canape.
