A gift set of three 65g terrines from Gascony, the heart of French foie gras and terrine country. Ducs de Gascogne’s 195g trio brings together a pork terrine, a duck terrine with white wine and shallot, and a venison terrine with Armagnac – rich, rustic flavours of the southwest.
Ducs de Gascogne was founded in 1953 by Gabriel Dubarry in Gimont, in the Gers. He began by selling at trade fairs and by mail order from 1958, and the business stayed in the Dubarry family for three generations, becoming one of the best-known names in Gascon foie gras, terrines and gourmet hampers.
Serve at room temperature on country bread or toast with cornichons and a glass of red. An easy gift for anyone who loves French food.
