Classic Tuscan cantuccini with a generous helping of extra almonds, from Biscottificio Belli, presented in a smart gift cylinder. Made with quality almonds, fresh pasteurised eggs and butter, twice-baked in the traditional way for that characteristic crisp, crumbly bite.
Biscottificio Belli was founded in 1958 by Enzo Belli in Calenzano, Tuscany, building on pastry-making techniques he learned from his grandfather. The bakery still makes its cantuccini and other Tuscan biscuits using traditional methods alongside modern equipment, and Enzo Belli was awarded the David d’Oro in 1981 for his craft.
Good for dunking in coffee, or in a glass of Vin Santo after dinner.
