Galletas Trias has been baking biscuits since 1908, when Joaquim Trias Vila opened a pastry shop in Santa Coloma de Farners in the province of Girona, Catalonia. The family business is now in its fourth generation, and the core recipe, built on eggs, sugar, flour and almonds, has stayed true to its roots.
This 300g tin brings together eight almond-based biscuits:
Serve with coffee, tea, dessert wine or a glass of cava.
Allergens: contains almonds, wheat (gluten), eggs and milk (cream). Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container and eat within 7 days.
