Your canapes are deep chilled or frozen. We pack them with considerable WoolCool insulation and freezer packs which will keep them chilled to the required temperatures for at least 48 hours. You can either use them within three days or freeze them on arrival and have them on the day of your choosing.

Made with chorizo blended with minced pork, a touch of smoked chill jam, cheese and fennel seeds. Simply reheat in an oven at 180C for 8 minutes (12 if frozen). There are 8 in a box.
