The tiramisu version brings together white and dark chocolate with coffee, mascarpone and a hint of rum, and mixes in caramelised almond pieces with honey, ground almonds and roasted hazelnuts for texture. It comes in a slim 80g gift box.
Mi&Cu Gourmet is a family business in Olèrdola, in the Penedès wine country west of Barcelona, run by brother and sister Núria and Josep Miret. They draw on more than 70 years of chocolate making in the family, and are best known for their Marlonas – Mediterranean almonds coated in caramel and chocolate – alongside tea-flavoured and fruit chocolates.
