A relative newcomer to the Spanish Conservas industry. Founded by Cristobal Fernandex in Galicia. They have a deep passion for their profession, for the people of the sea, for the estuaries, environment and their tradition. That is why they do things just as they have been taught by generation after generation.
They continue to make their conservas only with fish from the Galician estuaries and make their sauces following traditional recipes, only with natural ingredients and without additives.

Chipirones, baby squid, are stuffed by hand with their own tentacles, cooked in a light tomato sauce with their own ink and all natural ingredients. A beautiful gentle texture, these are made to atraditional canned recipe. Typically 6-8 pieces in a tin
