From Artisan Biscuits, a long-standing family bakery in the Derbyshire Peak District, started more than 100 years ago and that keep using the same bronze rollers and biscuit-moulding method that they have for decades.

Made by hand and using the best quality natural ingredients, the butter is churned in England, the clotted cream comes from the West country and the flour for their biscuits is milled without additives or preservatives.
In order to have the finest flavours for their baking, they only use butter, non-hydrogenated oil or extra virgin olive oil.
