Cook at Home Tapas Banquet

Everything you need for the perfect Gourmet Spanish Tapas treat (feeds 6 easily, 4 with lots of next day leftovers)  This pack contains everything that you need to cook a tapas banquet at home.  Some dishes just need heating through, others are simple to cook, with full cooking instructions.  If you think it is too much, you can always freeze some!  Dishes are dispatched either frozen or chilled (depending on the dish), in protective coolant packaging. Depending on the time in transit, frozen items may arrive partially defrosted or at a chilled temperature. The chilled items in the banquet should be eaten within four days of arrival (chilled items are also suitable for freezing). This banquet is not suitable for dispatch to highlands, islands, N.Ireland where there is a minimum 2 day courier delivery.

• Catalan Tomato Bread (Sourdough bread, garlic, tomato, olive oil) – all ready to make
• Gambas Pil Pil (large red Argentinean prawns, olive oil, chilli & garlic) – all ready to cook (if you do not have any at home, we advise you to purchase 2 cazuelas (terracotta bowls) to cook them in, but you can use a frying pan)
• Albondigas (meatballs ready to heat through)
• Catalan Scouse (ready to heat through)
• Patatas Bravas (ready to heat through)
• Calamari in beer batter (ready to fry)
• Chorizo in white wine with fennel seeds (all ready to cook)
• Croquetas (ready to fry)
• Garbanzos – Moroccan chickpeas (ready to heat through)
• Crispy Chicken (ready to heat through)
