The Soñadora wine range is produced in organically farmed vineyards situated in the high plains of La Mancha. The area, located on a high altitude plateau, experiences a cold and windy winter followed by a hot and dry summer, giving the grapes ideal growing conditions. La Mancha was originally a region focused on bulk grape production to make brandy, but in recent years there has been a drive to better exploit the excellent terroirs to be found in the area. The result is the creation of wines like Soñadora, offering great quality, complexity and excellent value for money.
