Soberano brandy – a classic, easy-drinking Spanish brandy, smooth and warming, ideal as a digestif or in cocktails.
A classic solera aged Spanish brandy from Gonzalex Byass. Matured in American oak casks and selected for its delicate flavour. Airen grapes are pressed and the best musts chosen for fermentation and distillation. The distillates are then aged in old sherry barrels using the Criadera system where younger brandy is carefully blended with an older brandy in each successive Criadera. Here it gradually assumes the characteristics of the oldest and best brandy, and takes on a slightly sweet vanilla character from the oak casks. 36%
