A pack of three small octopus legs, cooked and ready to eat. These can be sliced and eaten ‘a la Gallega’, or grilled lightly and served whole, as ‘Pulpo a la Brasa‘. As these are cooked and ready to eat they can be served hot (reheat in a little olive oil in a frying pan) or cold.

Pulpo is considered a delicacy throughout Spain. It is especially revered in Galicia where the signature ‘Pulpo a la Gallega’ was created. Octopus is not only renowned for its distinct taste – but also, due to its low-calorie content, as a healthy meat.

Nuchar is well known throughout Spain for the quality of their octopus. Each piece has a consistently firm texture (the sign of good pulpo) and a deep intense flavour.
