Perelló Garbanzos are large, creamy Lechoso chickpeas from Spain, known for their size and pearly sheen. They have a mild, nutty, earthy flavour and stay tender but firm, so they hold their shape in cooking. Perelló cooks them in only water and salt, so they are ready to use straight from the 400g tin.
Keep unopened tins in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate in a non-metal container and use within 3 days.
