Made by Viñas del Vero from grapes from their northernmost vineyard: Secastilla. These old vines grow in the Valley of Secastilla, Aragon, in the highest vineyard in the Somontano region, and provide the ingredients for this white that’s a leading name among the Denominación’s Garnacha wines.
A wonderful, highly aromatic wine with great citrus fruit on the nose, combined with a soft creamy palate and a crisp fresh finish.
After hand picking the Garnacha Blanca grapes, a speciality of the area, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels and then matured for a further 4 months to give it great character.
