A relative newcomer to the Spanish Conservas industry.  Founded by Cristobal Fernandex in Galicia.   They have a deep passion for their profession, for the people of the sea, for the estuaries,  environment and their tradition. That is why they do things just as they have been taught by generation after generation.

They continue to make their conservas only with fish from the Galician estuaries and make their sauces following traditional recipes, only with natural ingredients and without additives.

These are covered in a delightful spicy olive oil with garlic.  Perfect to enjoy on their own, with toasted tomato bread, and with a glass of vermut over ice.  These are glorious. Typically 8-12 pieces in a tin.
