Galmesan 200g

Basically a very elegant Galician version of Parmsean.  Made with pasteurised cow’s milk, this is a fanulous hard cheese.

A cooked, pressed cheese made in the style of traditional Alpine cheeses. It is made with fresh milk from cows that graze freely in Galician meadows. Its flavour and texture are reminiscent of Parmesan and Grana Padano cheeses. Superb on a cheese board and to cook with.
