Don PX Dulce de Pasas is an intensely sweet, richly concentrated dessert wine made from Pedro Ximénez grapes that are dried in the sun before pressing, concentrating their natural sugars into a dark, syrupy, raisin-like wine. From the Montilla-Moriles region, it shows deep notes of dried fig, raisin and molasses, with a luscious, almost liqueur-like texture.
