Defrost thoroughly, take the lid off the tray. and place the chicken on on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven at 180C (gas Mark 4), for 15 minutes, alternatively shallow fry on medium heat for 3 minutes per side.
Airfry in approx 7-8 minutes. Check thoroughly reheated
