Hawkshead Relish’s family recipe cranberry sauce, packed full of fruit in the larger 270g jar from their Couture range. It is made with cranberries and Bramley apples, cooked with sugar and water in open pans – the apples give it body and the cranberries keep it bright and tart.
The natural partner for the Christmas turkey, and just as good with roast pork, gammon, venison, or a baked brie. The Italian-style Couture jar means it looks the part on the table and works as a present too.
Hawkshead Relish grew from Mark and Maria Whitehead’s village café in Hawkshead in 1999, and now makes more than 100 products by hand near Esthwaite Water.
