Chairman’s Reserve Spiced St Lucian Rum

A very special, artisan, spiced rum from St Lucia. The Chairman’s Reserve Spiced uses a base of the 5yo Chairman’s Reserve Original and ages them in old bourbon barrels before being blended and infused with a very special blend of  local fruits and spices, including the cinnamon, clove, ginger, vanilla, mace, allspice and orange peel, This is packed with a superb all round spicey tropical flavour.  On the palate, it wakes up your mouth with notes of dried orange (think Terry’s chocolate orange),ginger dark chocolate, ginger cake, caramel, vanilla, star anise and cinnamon biscoff biscuits.  If you’re old enough to remember cola cubes, you’ll detect a note of those too!  This is a sublime spiced rum
