St Lucia’s most popular rum brand, in fact the national drink of St Lucia. This is a medium bodied dark artisan rum, produced from blending together 3-year-old column-still rum and 6-year-old pot-still rum, all aged in old bourbon casks. It manages to balance the freshness and citrus character of their gold rum, with rich, brown muscovado sugar notes, cinder toffee and mild tobacco from the older rums, too. It’s too easy drinking! ABV 43%
