Delicately thin curly crackers baked to a traditional recipe, made with butter and Gouda cheese and seasoned with chilli, pepper, nutmeg, onion and a little lovage. They are very light and crisp, with a savoury cheese flavour and a gentle warmth from the chilli. A 75g box.

Bon Vivant was set up in 1996 in Semur-en-Auxois, in the heart of Burgundy, by a group of people brought together, as they put it, by the simple pleasures of life – good food and good company. They specialise in aperitif biscuits, especially flaky puff-pastry nibbles, made to simple recipes with good ingredients.

Serve them with drinks, alongside dips, or on the cheeseboard. For the best result, take them out of their foil and warm them in an oven preheated to 200°C for 5 minutes.

Ingredients: wheat flour (66%), butter, dried Gouda cheese (10%), dried cheese (10%), glucose syrup, onion powder, yeast, sea salt, natural flavouring, chilli peppers (0.9%), pepper, mushroom powder, nutmeg, dried lovage, paprika extract. Contains wheat (gluten) and milk. May contain sesame.
