Add to BagAre children welcome?
They certainly are, at all times in both restaurants. It’s terrible that you even have to think about that. We love having children in our restaurant. We have a superb kids menu, we’ll get their food out quick, and will always get some free breadsticks nibbles whilst you look at the menu. And we have plenty of high chairs.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes in both our restaurants. We’ll give you both a great welcome! It always helps us if you notify us on your booking so we can ensure you get the best table and in case any of our other guests are allergic or wary of dogs.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We do, for every one. Just let us know when you arrive (or in advance on your booking). We make everything ourselves, work to the very best practices and where we can, adapt any dish. You can check out our allergen information in advance for our menu by clicking here. This also shows vegan options, vegetarian options and the calorie count of all our dishes. We have a great reputation for this.
Do you cater for solo diners?
We certainly do and will always welcome you
Do you have disabled access?
In Hanover St, we have full flat floor access from the street and a downstairs disabled toilet
In Lunyalita in the Albert Dock, we have full flat floor access from the street, but our toilet is upstairs. There is a disabled toilet in the Albert Dock in the same row of units as us.
Is there car parking nearby?
Yes in both restaurants, directly opposite. In Hanover St, there is the Q Park multi-storey, we have a special discount code you can use by pre-booking your parking. Just quote this when you book your parking on the Q Park website “LUNYALIV20″. You’ll get a 20% discount.

We ask for card details for all regular bookings. No charge is made at the time of booking. But in the event of a no-show or cancellation with 24 hours of the booking, we reserve the right to charge the card £10 per cover. All card details are held and processed via STRIPE, the card processor.
For our own events, these will be paid for fully at the time of booking. They are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 72 hours of the event.

Yes, in both restaurants, but only at weekends and on bank holidays
Is there a dress code?
Absolutely not – whatever you’re comfortable in
When do you close?
In our opening and closing times, the late time is the last time to be seated. We then close when the last guest leaves, usually it’s about 2 hours after that, but then, it is up to you
When does the deli close?
We only have the deli in Hanover St, you can buy from the deli, all the way through to when you leave after your meal. If you’re there particularly late, just let our staff know that you plan to shop in the deli, so we make sure we re covered!
Do you add a service charge?
As is common practice in our industry now, we do add a discretionary 10% service charge to our restaurant bills. If you do not want us to do this, just let us know at the time of booking, or when we get your bill. We’ll gladly remove it. All service charges (and any additional tips) are distributed fully and fairly to all team members.
What is the optional charity donation?
We support a number of local charities by adding £1 on to restaurant bills. It is optional, so if you would like us to remove it, just let us know. So far we have raised approaching £200,000 for local charities. Both restaurants have a poster detailing who the money goes to

Yes, and we will do our best to honour it, but cannot guarantee it. In the Albert Dock, everyone requests a window table overlooking the dock. Only four offer that! Every spot is useful. Outside, we guarantee a table as if the weather is no good, you’ll want to be inside. But again, we will do what we can. Both restaurants have terraces.
Do you take large groups?
We certainly do. Both restaurants are large and we have so much flexibility with tables. We only ask that groups of 14 or more choose from our large group menu, or we can create something bespoke
