We import whole baby suckling pigs from Segovia and serve them in true Spanish style — brought to the table whole and carved by our skilled team using only a plate, the traditional Segovian way. The crackling is as thin as a piece of card, and the meat is the most extraordinary pork you are ever likely to taste. Perfect for groups and special occasions.
