This Vicens turrón cremoso is a smooth almond nougat studded with crunchy caramelised macadamia pieces and a hint of chocolate – rich and sweet, with plenty of contrast in texture. Torrons Vicens, of Agramunt in Lleida, Catalonia, has been making turrón since 1775.
