These red onions are sweet Valencian onions, made by hand, achieving a final product with a characteristic sweet and sour flavour and a crunchy texture that makes it very special. They can be used as an appetizer, as an accompaniment to a salad or as a condiment and decoration in any dish. Add crunch to a ploughman’s, or class to a cheese-board. In slightly sweetened vinegar, to flatter the cheese. Particularly good with hard and mature cheese.
