Tiramisu After Dark takes the flavours of the Italian pudding and puts them into chocolate. Choc Amor describe it as classic coffee and creamy vanilla with a hint of amaretto flavouring, set in their 41% milk chocolate, so you get the mellow coffee and vanilla of the dessert with a soft almond note at the end. It comes in a 150g gift tub.
Choc Amor was founded in 2012 by chocolatier Paul Williams and his wife Jacqui, starting out in their family kitchen in Yorkshire. Paul approaches chocolate like a chef, pairing it with ingredients most chocolatiers would never go near, and it has won them awards at both the International Chocolate Awards and the Great Taste Awards. They use single-origin Colombian chocolate, bought through partners who work directly with the farmers.
