This mature soft Goats Cheese Log is an outstanding example of how superb Spanish goat’s cheese can be. Medium strength and creamy. With a delightful soft white edible mould growth on the outside, an inner soft liguidy ring, followed by a medium soft textured cheese full of lactic goaty notes. Perfect in a salad or sandwich, and perfect for whipping to use as an accompaniment to a lot of dishes.
