Matusalem Oloroso is a richly aged Oloroso sherry from the historic Gonzalez Byass bodega in Jerez, developed over many years in the solera system to achieve remarkable depth and complexity. Expect deep notes of dried fruit, toasted nuts, candied orange peel and warm wood spice, all wrapped in a wonderfully rounded, velvety texture. Serve at room temperature in a generous glass to allow its aromas to fully unfold, alongside aged cheeses, nuts or simply on its own as a contemplative after-dinner sherry. A genuinely special example of one of Jerez’s most celebrated and historic sherry styles.
