Alma de Unx Garnacha Blanca, DO Navarra, from Bodegas San Martin – a dry, crisp and wonderfully refreshing white made from the Garnacha Blanca grape. A great example of the variety, and one to savour.
A wonderful, highly aromatic wine with great citrus fruit on the nose, combined with a soft creamy palate and a crisp fresh finish.
After hand picking the Garnacha Blanca grapes, a speciality of the area, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels and then matured for a further 4 months to give it great character.
