These Humboldt Squid tentacles are regularly used in Spain instead of octopus to create dishes like Pulpo a la Gallega; octopus itself is becoming scarce and therefore very expensive. The tentacles are sliced and are pre-cooked so all you need to do is heat gently and serve with a little olive oil, sea salt flakes and smoked sweet paprika scattered on top.
