Musgo Lavado is a raw goats’ milk cheese from Avila that is washed daily with distilled water and salt. It has an intense fragrance and a slightly elastic semi-soft texture.  It has a fruity, elegant and persistent flavour and provides hints of soft yoghurt and sweet cereal notes in mouth.
