Diaz Miguel Manchego – per 200g


Hard, semi-cured unpasteurised ewes milk cheese, cured for 3-4 months. The dairy is a family business and the milk is collected from the dairy’s own herds and local farms. This is a truly artisan Manchego, with limited production, resulting in subtle and complex flavours. It has a compact paste, and is nutty with a savoury sweetness. Full, fruity, buttery and clean.
