This dip is made with creme fraiche, mayonnaise, smoked paprika (pimenton) sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and a touch of tomato ketchup (we’ve even given you the recipe!). Blitzed together, it is perfect with crisps and tortilla chips, vegetable crudites, chicken strips and as a dressing for salads – plus so much more.
