Vermouth (or Vermut as it is called in Catalunya) has taken Spain by storm in recent years. A fabulous blend of wine, herbs, fruit and botanicals, it is the perfect aperitif.
Serving tip: Serve with 2 anchovy-stuffed olives, 2 or 3 ice cubes and a slice of orange. Serve very chilled.
Since it was founded in 1884, the range of Yzaguirre Vermouths is still manufactured following the traditional methods of the venerable winemakers that sprang up in the foothills of the Italian Alps. Their exclusive formula blends almost 80 herbs and spices which give it that very special touch.
